You Have The Freedom To Re-Write Your Personal Stories

Danny J is on a mission to equip women with the inspiration and skills to re-write their personal stories.   With a life that comes straight from Jerry Springer and a ‘Life AF’ attitude she is a powerhouse of laughter, truth telling and resilience.

Danny J (Johnson) come from a successful background in health and fitness as a Personal Trainer/online coach who moved on to become a serial entrepreneur.  She was best known for her Sweaty Betty community and more recently her Life AF movement, Find The Money Project and the hugely successful The Best Life Podcast (with her bestie, and previous mentor of mine Jill Coleman).

Through the Best Lift Podcast we have learnt more about Danny J’s personal life, in which it has closely resembled something out of the Jerry Springer reality TV show.  We will dive into all these intimate, heartbreaking and equally heartwarming moments in the show.

Danny J re-write your stories AF

This woman is legit.  She is real, resilient, funny and has a monster heart (and laugh).

In this episode she shares with us her insights on having the power to re-write your personal stories (no matter what they may be – money, relationships, career etc..) using her personal stories as examples.

We jam on self awareness, heartbreak, truth telling, Sperm Dad (yep) and a whole lot more, and she shares with us her powerful 3 STEP METHOD for re-writing your story.

Make sure you tune in until the end to hear how this process works!
Enjoy
